This is why each 1 hour wellness focused session starts with approximately 10-15 minutes of scientifically evidenced grounding, mindful and meditation techniques to settle and shift students into a calm and receptive state, so they are ready to learn. Sessions are pre-planned to cover topics for the main exam boards AQA and Edexcel. Relevant specification links for each exam board are shown in the calendar and at the time of booking.
